Maggie also spearheads the production of Sohn Hearts &amp; Minds - Australia's premier finance and philanthropy conference - which has toured iconic venues including the Sydney Opera House, Melbourne's Hamer Hall and Mona in Hobart.</span><br /><br /><span>Maggie&rsquo;s career began with the prestigious UBS cadetship program, where she gained experience in asset management, wealth management and corporate communications. Her leadership potential has been recognised with accolades including being named a FSC Future Leaders Finalist.</span><br /><br /><span>Maggie holds a combined degree in Business Leadership and Commerce from Macquarie University, with majors in International Business and Human Resource Management. Committed to lifelong learning, she has completed postgraduate studies in Creative Intelligence at UTS and Executive Leadership at Stanford's Business School.
